Hi, my name is Angela and this is my Cambridge Weight Plan success story. . .
During pregnancy I gained a lot of weight which is of course completely natural and a huge part of having a baby! My problem was that I continued to put weight on after I had my son and I just could not get control of my diet which sadly had a huge affect on my confidence and lifestyle. I would eat for comfort and kept giving into treats for myself because I felt tired or just needed the extra energy to get through the day. Not being able to wear the clothes I dreamed of wearing again before I had a baby made me feel unattractive and unhappy socially and at home.
One day I thought that's it, I've had enough of feeling like this! I then found Cambridge Weight Plan and I haven't looked back. There are a huge range of nutritionally balanced products to choose from which make losing weight so easy and rewarding. I've now lost all of my baby weight, I eat healthily, socialise more and feel confident again. Being a size 8 feels amazing!
I can honestly say I would recommend this diet to anyone as it really does work - all you need is a little determination to start with and you will succeed!
I feel incredibly passionate about this diet which is why I became a consultant. I can now share my knowledge and experience with you to help you reach your goals too.
I am here to support you throughout your weight loss journey and I will help you feel like you again. As well as private weekly weigh ins and supplying you with the Cambridge Weight Plan products, I will be your support whenever you need it.
I run my business from my home in Overton and offer mobile visits too if that is more convenient for you. There are plenty of toys at my home so do bring your children if that is easier for you. Morning everyone !
Okay so... I totally get how my posts more recently have been INCREDIBLY “Cambridge based”.....
I get it, I hope it has not been annoying.
... But I’m sorry not sorry!!!
What has just been on BBC1’s Horizon The Big Crash Diet has been nothing short of revolutionary.
4 people, normal people, reversing diabetes, high blood pressure, liver fat reduction, fab weight loss and younger hearts and extending lives whilst narrowing waistlines.
Well! This is what I see EVERY SINGLE DAY and for the last year !!!
