I am registered Member BACP working as a therapeutic Counsellor in Vigo near Meopham and Northfleet.

I also work in Animal Assisted and Sand Tray Therapy

When things get tough for whatever reason, it can help to take time to talk it through and find a way forward. At times it may not be appropriate or even unhelpful to talk to a friend or relation.

Counselling may enable you to see things more clearly and understand your concerns from new perspectives. My home therapy room provides a comfortable, safe and supportive environment.

We can work together in confidence, to enable you to make sense of things, form decisions or just to unload.

An initial meeting will allow us to ascertain how we could work together and what I can do to help. You will be able to offload emotional worries and explain your needs and feelings about counselling.

Like a small ladybird in a big garden, the world can seem overwhelming. If you feel powerless or lost, counselling may help you to feel more grounded and secure.

Sand Tray Therapy
Working creatively and with actual sand and toys, bits, bobs and some personal additions, we can work to enable understanding around your presenting issues. We may perhaps learn about personal defences cognitions and behaviours, which may not have been apparent to you before.

Animal Assisted Therapy / Intervention(AAT / AAI)
