I studied and qualified between 2012 and 2014 at Brighton & Hove City College in Anatomy & Physiology and Swedish Body Massage Level 3 receiving VTCT Diploma's

Since 2014 I have worked as a qualified Massage Therapist previously in Brighton. I currently work in Lewes where I am now happily sharing within a wonderful practice at Intrinsic Health.

I have also attended a one day workshop for Advanced /Deep Tissue techniques at Brighton & Hove City College

My form of massage is Swedish which is a deeply relaxing treatment to soothe away stress and tension.
Swedish Body Massage manipulates the tissues of the body promoting suppleness of the muscles easing away aches and pain and improving circulation.
I work intuitively with my clients and my techniques can vary from passive to more vigorous.
Massage has so many wonderful benefits whether it is physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.
I truly enjoy my work and it is such a rewarding feeling whenever a client leaves feeling happy and lifted after their treatment.
I provide a warm, safe and comfortable environment for clients and any information discussed is strictly confidential.
