We have got our Sherlock Holmes hat on and are on the lookout for a Trainee Costumier at our Fancy Dress branch in Shaftesbury Avenue, London WC2.
... The successful candidate will work with a team of creative, fun and friendly individuals in a professional environment, to style and dress our customers in the costume of their dreams! From pirates, clowns, pop legends and showgirls through to period accurate costumes – Angels has it all.
Some costume and history knowledge is required (degree not essential) but bags of enthusiasm, an eye for style, a huge passion and knowledge of film, theatre, culture and the Arts, are essential. If this sounds like you, this could be the career for you.
Full training will be provided but an eye for detail; a little historical knowledge and a good sense of how to style is a plus.

I love Angels. They always have what I need. I'd prefer it if they were slightly cheaper, but since I only use them a couple of times a year, that's ok. I looked terrific, in my nineteenth century clobber on New Year's Eve.

Great service and a really enjoyable experience. I always love getting costumes from Angels because the staff are so lovely with lots of creative ideas.

Excellent correspondence, super quick service, fabulous costumes, love this site xx

I had excellent service and delivery when buying a storm trooper outfit for new years eve, Unfortunately the helmet was missing so I had to return it, I' have a fair few costumes now but have never had to return one before, There has been no contact from Angels, Not even an e-mail confirming the return. Think I'll go Elsewhere from now on. Sorry Angels

Terrible service. Unwilling to give discounts. Only would consider measly 5% would not recommend. Organising a big party for 150 will not recommend to those attending. Check out escapades instead

Terrible service, super inflexible return policy. The costume I got was faulty it had black stains all over it. The costumes are cheap you could buy all the things in this store on Amazon for a fraction of the price. If you can avoid this place I would. I now have a store credit for a store full of useless shit that is only good for Halloween. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Paid extra for next day sat delivery, no outfit has turned up! Can't contact anyone until Monday which is useless as its needed tomorrow and had called prior to ordering to ensure it would be here.

Not even worthy of one star. Took 11 weeks to get my full refund for a broken outfit, after a lot of fighting and the company trying to find a way to make out I wasn't owed a refund I finally got my money back in 3 seperate transactions, very unprofessional and terrible customer service. I will never use this company again.

Never mentioned to give one star absolute joke of a company ordered my costume on Wednesday night paid for 24 hour shipping and it still hasn't arrived tried calling them but no answer Angeles fancy dress is a pile of shite don't waste your money on these knob ends my Halloween is now ruined you absolute fuck tards

If you want your costume to arrive on time don't use this joke of a company. Paid an extra £8.50 for a guaranteed delivery and they can't even get that right. Wish I had read these reviews before buying. I want my money back!

If you can't afford to have anyone answering the phone on Halloween week. At least warn people In your recorded message that there will be queues of people with no chance of being seen. Waste of time :-(

I have ordered two costumes last saturday (6 days ago) REF:4142474 and it hasn´t been shipped yet! I tried contacting your services and was told someone was going to call me back, but I did not receive any calls back. I paid extra for the courier to receive it in two days! The fancy party is next week and I don´t know if I should wait and risk not receiving anything or order elsewhere! The minimum you should do is communicate!
