Having had a very bad experience with a previous mortgage advisor I arrived at Nigel's office a little anxious. I had nothing to worry about. Nigel is the most professional, friendly and reassuring mortgage chap I have ever met. The process was simple, smooth and efficient and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and easily. Nigel is approachable and also available via phone or email at all times and never made you feel like you were wasting his time or asking silly questions. I cannot recommend his company highly enough and have told all my friends and family to go to him!!
