NOTICE TO MEMBERS In view of the current International and National concern over Covid 19 Virus, we are implementing a regime of COMPULSORY hand washing, including a COMPULSORY hand wash break halfway through each class. We are currently upgrading our hand washing facilities and providing liquid wash, paper towels and hand sanitiser. Our daily cleaning regime of the training hall and toilets including all door handles has also been upgraded. Seven Stars Martial Arts Associat...ion insists that ALL students and Instructors MUST arrive at classes with their own personal hand sanitiser which they MUST apply prior to training (after washing their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds), half way through training (after washing their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds), and at the end of training (after washing their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds). All my students who are signed up and enrolled on the "McKinney System" are required to wear it within the Anglo Celtic and Stick Fighting classes. On Sunday 11th February 2018 10.00am - 2.00pm, at Seven Stars Martial Arts Academy Eastham, Wirral ... I am conducting a Masterclass Seminar in the Ancient Art of Iron Ball Training. Participants will be taught a routine of movements called "Whirling of the Fiery Meteors". This method of training dates back over 2000 years. The routine is a Meditation of Movement and Strength. There are ancient illustrations of Buddha practising this skill. It is beneficial for health and for martial purposes produces tenacious arm, core,and posture strength and also claw like grip.
