Went here for the paw patrol day, my 3 year old had great fun. There are loads of animal and rides to go on, that are all Included with the price. Food was nice, ice cream was lovely loads of choice so I had 3 :). Parking was ample even tho it was an event day

Lovely little place. Adults cost less than children for admission. Mainly outdoors so not so good in poor weather. Animal petting and feeding times. Handwashing facilities need improvement! - no soap at some stations and hand dryers were cold/poor.
Kids enjoyed the day here

I really tried to see the positives of this place but it was overpriced and tired. We did, however, really enjoy feeding the animals, although again a serious investment is needed to tidy up and renovate the fencing. Some of the rides weren't being operated or simply didn't work, and overall it appeared that there was not enough staff on duty. Although, the staff we did speak to were very friendly.

I felt the cleanliness of some of the animal pens suggested that they hadn't been cleaned out that morning (there was a considerable amount of droppings and odour in some of the rabbit and pigs pens) and the rabbits/guinea pigs in the cuddle corner had no water (all 3 bowls were empty) despite it being a warm day. I was also very concerned that when a young child was bitten by one of the smaller animals during a reptile talk and the staff member present radioed for help, nobody came for around 10 minutes. Although the bite was not serious and the child fine, I feel it suggests a need to undertake detailed risk assessments and ensure adequate staffing is available as needed. What if it had been serious? Also, the staff member was visibly upset by this incident and instead of being given time to gather herself, she was sent onto the next animal talk. I don't think this reflects well on the company in the treatment of there employees, and again implies a lack of staffing.

On this basis we won't be visiting again.

Good size grounds, with plenty of picnic tables dotted around, farm animals to be seen, as well as some exotic ones. Few rides for the little ones, bounsy castle, fort, soft play area. However I have given it 3 starts because some of the rides didn't work, the Lazy river one had to be pushed manually by one of the staff member as it can be seen on the photos. Highly recommend some changes are made to improve the experience received here

Basically paid 40quid for indoor soft play. The rest of the place is tired. There were hardly any staff to operate rides when we attended. The duck ride was simply pushed by a worker so they didn't have to pay to turn on the pumps to work the ride when it's not busy. The animal enclosures are tired and it could do with a massive overhaul. Toilets were last cleaned some time in 1996.

We definitely had a fun full day here making the most of the Easter entertainment and animal experiences. Since our last visit about 3 years ago the park has had a number of changes. As with most farm parks there is not as many animals as there used to be but more of a fun visitor experience with the added bonus of animals. However it is clear to see the park is continuing to re-develop the park after recent park ownership changes.

Our daughter (age 5) enjoyed feeding the animals and the small fair rides especially the caterpillar which is free to ride all day long (£3.00 at Brean Leisure Park for 1 ride). Our favourite animals were the friendly larma's and alpacas.

All areas were spotless with the staff continually clearing the animal enclosures / pens and picking any rubbish up within the theme park area. Definitely recommend a visit of you are in the area.

If we could have we would have given this place 0 stars.. do not go here! Waste of money.. advertisements and website is where the money has been spent..animals in poor conditions as well as animal enclosures/pens half of the rides were unmanned.. kids didn't want to wait around...bouncy castles filthy dirty and the biggest one wasn't fully inflating.. lazy river ride?! Yeah ok this is actually ducks sat in 6 inches of water that get pushed around by a worker?! Not one person acknowledged our children... we went on the tractor ride...which didn't have a seat belt on one side at the front but that's ok because as the worker said.. us as parents could be his spys?! We spoke to management but this was a waste of time as was told they don't offer refunds her manner was appalling not once did she apologise that we didn't find our 45min visit satisfactory.. we told her that the rides were unmanned to which to replied yes they are! We had actually followed her into to shop ( where you can also tell alot ofmoney has been spent) so how she saw staff and we didn't I'll never know.. we brought up health and safety and animal welfare to which she said they get checked once a year?! This clearly isn't enough her reply to the dirty bounce castles is that they get cleaned every 4 weeks which to me isn't good enough they were green! If u want to waste money and speak to a manager that basically tries to one up you like a teenager then this is the place for u! If your looking for somewhere to take the kids then we can highly recommend puxton park ..its the same type of place as animal farm but cheaper and more to do animals in very good conditions just overall a better place to take the kids
