Due to the Coronavirus, Amy and I have made the tough decision to temporarily close as we now have to self isolate due to underlying medical conditions and suffering from colds.
We love all the pets we work with and will miss them deeply.

COVID-19
Hello all! With Covid-19 becoming more and more present, We thought we would make a post about what we are doing and would do in the scenario that one of us or yourselves were asked to self-quarentine.
First of all, this isn't a post to add to the hype. Please be sensible but remain calm (and save some loo rolls in case they become the new currency!)
... AW washes their hands before and after every dog walk/ pet visit or uses an antibacterial gel. We would advise you to wash more frequently too as many contagious diseases are passed on via door handles etc.
In the event you fall ill and suspect you might have picked up a viral illness, please let us know immediately. If you are asked to self-quarantine, we will not be coming to collect your dogs/visit your pets and they should not be walked further than your garden (there are plenty of tricks to keep them entertained!) The cancellation policy will not be in place for this scenario as you are keeping yourself and others safe 🙂
If any member of AW team fall ill and are told to self-quarantine, we will inform you immediately and cancel all walks/visits for seven days. Please ensure your emergency contact is up to date or that you have a plan in place for someone else to come and visit your pets.
Now, it's unlikely that any of this would happen but we just thought we would highlight the plan so you know and can prepare if needed! Thankfully we are currently happy and healthy and will hopefully continue as usual.

Hi, so it has come to my attention that there are a couple of posts on Facebook slandering us. Now both myself and Emma have been blocked from the site so are not able to respond, However i would now like to state a few facts about the situation. Emma was called by Rebecca demanding that she came and collected the dog there and then. Emma tried to reason with Rebecca and explain that we cannot just take the dog, there is alot more to it than just packing the dogs stuff and ki...cking it out. Emma tried to convince Rebecca to allow J to stay for the night and to sort out first thing. This wasn’t accepted and J had to go on Rebecca’s orders. This left myself and Emma in a tricky situation, however J was given a warm home to stay whilst we attempted to rehome him. When J arrived, I was informed he was a very reactive dog and wasnt good with very young children. Since looking after J, I had introduced him to my own children to which he wasn’t an issue and actually very well behaved, However, unfortunately, we was no long able to fund J’s care while we found him a home. We contacted an organisation who would be able to find J his forever home better than we could due to our short notice and well no choice. Now as far as giving Rebecca a update in regards to how J is, is unfortunately out of our control, as we are no longer updated on how J is and any contact from Rebecca or Ourselves will Put him backwards in his recovery rather than forwards. If any body has a problem and would like further information on the situation please feel free to message myself (Amy) personally or Emma.
