Unfriendly service verging on rudeness from a female member of staff when asked a simple question on Saturday 4 November. Expected much more from an independent store. Will not be returning.

Great pet shop with all your needs covered. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Should have known something was wrong when they recommended putting leopard geckos on calci sand since it's seriously dangerous and can cause impaction. However, I bought my gecko and all supplies from Animaltastic, 6 months later the heat mat stops working and they refused to refund the £18.99 (even though I had a receipt) because I didn't have the packaging which, if it is a store policy, should have been made clear on the day of purchase. Very unhappy and will never return to this store again.

Fantastic little store, got a little winter white hamster baby from here which Is hard to find in Buckinghamshire. I rung in advance and they were very helpful letting me know how many they had in stock and even offered to move the hamsters to the other store if it was easier for me. They handle the animals as so they are tame for people to take home and let me handle the hamsters to see which I'd prefer, which you would not get in most places. They even gave me a lovely little care sheet for the hamster so I know what to look out for. Excellent store and excellent service!

Professional, friendly service every time. Nothing is ever too much, won't shop anywhere else anymore :) love this shop
