For all the New people in the gym (any gym )
1: Don't compare your fitness ability with anyone!
2: Any time spent working out is beneficial, it doesn't have to be an hour!
... 3:Any workout is good if you are beginner, cardio or weights or stretching or mix a bit of everything!
4: If the workout makes you feel good (any lenth or time spent at the gym ) you are doing it write !
5:Have fun and if you laps no biggie start again it's all about the progress and perseverance!
6:Sometimes it's ok not to be feeling it 100%, you are human not a machine!
7: Don't be shy to ask for help, instructors pt's are very helpful and friendly, it's what they love, helping, so don't hesitate!
8:Everyone has a some kind of insecurity even the most confident in appearance!
9: If you are intimidated by the weights get a experienced pt to coach you and write a programme to follow.
10: Make it your own explore the Web and educate you self in nutrition don't trust the miracle diets!

Change your habits for better health! Start small for big results!!! Substitute: Veg oils with extra virgin olive oil and coconut fat. Margarine and low fat spreads with butter.... Sugar with natural dried fruit or fresh fruit for sweet tooth. Low fat ,light yogurt with full fat Greek yogurt Milk chocolate with darker version at least 70% Instant coffee for fresh ground coffee. White bread with whole meal pitta and rye bread- Or no bread. Cereal boxes with eggs or porridge for breakfast. Sugary drinks with water. Condiments with herbs and spices. White potatoes with sweet potatoes. By making this small changes you will notice huge difference in your energy and body composition.

Chicken broth What goes in a chicken broth. 1 Free range/organic chicken, breast removed to make other dishes or to add to broth when its done. 1 Medium leek, 2 celery sticks, 2 carrots, 1red onion lots of flat leaf parsley, 6/7 whole black peppercon, turmeric, salt and bouillon powder (optional) to taste. 1 tbs vinegar.... Cover with cold water and simmer for minimum 4 to 6 hours. Strain and reserve broth Can shred chicken meat put back and top up with any fresh veg, use to make rice, quinoa dishes for extra flavour and any stir fry meals You must have this in your fridge!!!
