Working with clients in transition to a better job, career and /or life is hugely fulfilling and a real privilege and I’ve been doing this since 1995. I enjoy clients who are ready to make changes in their working lives and are not afraid to do the work that’s needed but who value having a partner on their journey! Apart from career changers I have worked successfully with entrepreneurs and business leaders by helping them gain greater confidence in themselves, their ability, personal strengths and their aim(s) in life.

My approach is to bring a ‘can do’ attitude sprinkled with a strong dash of warmth, humour and pragmatism. These attributes and mindset are huge assets when effecting change and transformation in others but results are what really counts. Typically, clients report increased confidence, raised self awareness and clarity of future direction.

I am ethical, professional and honest in my work. I bring and expect in return high commitment levels to the process and am rarely disappointed! I have a direct yet informal style and a real interest in understanding my clients quickly so they progress.

I have worked across education and business all my life as well as changed my own career several times. I know what it takes to succeed and when to advise or just to support. This ‘know how’ or ability to navigate change and adapt to the environment is of value to clients by bringing a balanced perspective and intuitive insights to them that working alone cannot do.
