Ann Charlton Lodge

Ann Charlton MBE was a long term sufferer of multiple sclerosis. Ann devoted her final years to raising the funds to build this residential nursing care home which is named in her honour and memory. The Lodge opened in August 1992 to provide high quality nursing care for residents with life limiting illnesses. The Lodge provides long term residential care and short term respite care in 25 fully furnished individual bedrooms with ensuite bathroom to those suffering from life affecting illnesses.
