"All my teachings, workshops and retreats are geared towards motivating and helping others to C. H. A. N. G. E (Compassion; Health; Awareness; Nurture; Gratitude; Engagement).

I believe that everyone can empower themselves to be engaged in their physical, mental and emotional health. C. H. A. N. G. E is a way to learn how to self-medicate, every day, holistically and mindfully. It's about knowing what it good for you, on all levels, to feel present in life and to feel well.

With clear intentions, sincere motivations, wisdom methods and modern day holistic practices, we can all access the power of C. H. A. N. G. E for good - for the better. My intention is to help you understand the teachings and philosophies of yoga, pilates, mindfulness and self-directed neuroplasticity, inspiring you to bring these practices into your life and lifestyle. I want to help you feel at "ease", abundant, alive, present, productive and balanced in your life. With simple and achievable practices (I have narrowed them down for you after 25 years of bouncing all over the place with every practice out there! ), you can C. H. A. N. G. E.

Our already complex and scattered brains are continually being neglected and over-stretched; our cells and organs continually frazzled with stress hormones and toxic influences put into them and our emotional health is normally just forgotten. And I know, I can hear you say. . . . . . . there just isn't enough time in the day to take care of yourself or perfect how you wish to live your life? Maybe you are too tired, too busy or too confused with all the practices that are out there? I understand that - I am a mother to a 6 year old boy who happens to be very energetic and strong-willed! Some days all I can muster is to put my legs up the wall and fall in to bed exhausted. But this too is part of the practice as I learn to soften into these days as they are. However, day by day and with a view of life long learning, I believe you can achieve balance and well-being in living in your body, mind and heart. The question is - how committed and motivated are you to C. H. A. N. G. E? - Ann.
