I work on high level, strategic questions of a business to the more detailed aspects of change with the leader. I'm especially ignited by people & businesses who are here to do good. As a former management consultant leading complex change, and since then becoming a coach, I understand both organisational dynamics and individual (human) complexities for change. I am excellently placed to provide both short-term, sharp insights to tighten a team /business around a business challenge and providing longer term partnerships with both individuals and businesses at different phases of growth. My clients are leaders either in corporations or at the helm of their own businesses and often characterised by relentless ambition, together with honesty & humility towards inner change and character development. As a former ballet dancer I tend to incorporate the entire being in my work, meaning that we go beyond the surface; finding alignment with why we do what we do.
