I have worked in Higher Education for the past 20 years in a variety of leadership roles. I have a deep intellectual curiosity, see possibilities and want to make a difference. I am creative, adventurous and put people at the heart of my thinking. I enjoy getting things of the ground, solving tough and complex problems and connecting people. I like to work with fearless leaders, who value time to think are not afraid to fail and learn and want to make a difference. I can undertake strategic analysis and benchmarking. I can lend a hand in a crisis. I develop business cases and put together detailed project and implementation plans. I undertake reviews and propose solutions to problems. I engage people, break down barriers and build communities. I can ask the difficult questions and listen with an open mind and fresh perspective. I have experience of working in Business Schools, IT project management, management of academic departments, strategic planning, governance, assurance and have effectively made changes in central, departmental and cross institutional environments.
