This is such a fun club to be part of and it wouldn’t be what it was without the enthusiasm and commitment that Annabel, Dale and the students give. Whether an adult or young child everyone is made to feel welcome on their first training session and are encouraged and motivated to achieve their full potential. Would highly recommend!

This is a great club I joined back in June 2017 at 27 stone I found it a challenge but now a yellow belt in 2018 and 2 stone lighter I have really caught the TKD bug.



The instructors and clubs members have welcomed me and my family and been so supportive.



I can highly recommend this clubs as it’s a great environment for my family and me to train together, with a good mix of ability from white belts to black belts.

The friendliest and most supportive club my children and I have been part of! The coaches are so patient and dedicated to students of all ages and abilities as well as incredibly knowledgeable and keen to share their knowledge and passion! Getting my black belt this Spring was a great achievement and, as well as being very proud of myself, I am very grateful for the support and encouragement everyone gave me at the club...thank you!

Our teacher is so passionate, once you join, you are part of the family! I have lost weight, gained confidence, made new friends and have in all become a much calmer and more determined person. I have learnt so much and Have a lot more to learn! <3 absolutely fantastic.

I started training with Annabel In January 2015. I train twice a week with my 9 year old son and we both love it. Annabel is brilliant instructor and she gets great support from a number of Black Belts to help with the range of abilities and ages who attend the sessions. I would recommend Tae Kwon-Do to anyone of any age who wants to get fit and learn self-defence skills.

I have not met another person more passionate about Tae Kwon Do!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Annabel and all the instructors. My daughter can be very shy but she has made fantastic progress, improved her fitness, gained another circle of friends outside of school and has become more confident. Definitely one of the best decisions I have made and my youngest cannot wait to start :-)

Fun ,Firm and Fair ! Build confidence,fitness & discipline , something for everyone but most of all make friends to rely on !

Ellie started in May this year and always enjoys the sessions. We miss Annabel when she's not there!
