Today I passed my driving test and I wouldn't have been able to do it without Annabel. She made my confidence grow behind the wheel and I have throughly enjoyed learning to drive. Would highly recommend to anyone, as lessons were booked to suit me and very flexible. She was always encouraging throughout my lessons and helped me to become a good and safe driver.

This is by far THE driving school in the Scarborough region and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The perfect balance of encouraging coaching, lesson discipline and practical preparation for tests. You leave every lesson feeling you have learned something to improve on and to work with. Though I did not succeed on my first test, I passed my test on the second attempt after invaluable direction and coaching from Annabel and I fully intend to take further lessons from her for Pass Plus. If you or anyone you know is even considering taking lessons for test preparation, refresher courses or advanced driving, go straight to Annabel's School of Motoring!

Thanks to Annabel im back in the driving seat. I only had four refresher lesson and feel confident to drive on my own again after many years of being to nervous to get behind the wheel. Annabel is a very patient teacher and i would definitely reccommend. X

I was an extremely anxious and nervous learner driver and Annabel was incredibly patient with me. She struck the perfect balance between making me feel safe and in control while nudging me out of my comfort zone to learn and improve. She was very willing to try all sorts of things to help my nerves, and never once made me feel ridiculous for being so anxious. I passed my test second time round, and now feel confident driving on my own, something I never thought would happen. I would definitely recommend Annabel to anyone feeling nervous about driving. I passed today and I'm over the moon about it. Annabel is an amazing instructor who helped me get through this experience with constant reassurance and an amazing attitude. I only did lessons with Annabel and completed around 40 hours of practice with her. She was very organised and provided a range of useful handouts, as well as unlimited access to a website which assists with the theory side of the test.



Lessons progressed at a steady rate - I never felt completely comfortable with each skill at first but I never felt too far out of my depth - by pushing me to the edge of my comfort zone I was able to learn the skills a lot more quickly. When I came back to the skills later on in the course they had become second nature due to this method.



Due to her background, Annabel is very 'no nonsense' and her firm, fair approach was ideal for my learning style. She was very friendly and made the effort to remember details about her clients so conversation was very easy. She was quick to praise where due, but also provide constructive feedback in order to improve performance. As such, I was able to pass both my theory and practical tests first time.



I feel I have been taught to a very high standard - not just for the purposes of the test, but for the future also. I enjoyed learning to drive because of Annabel and I would definitely recommend her to new drivers of any age.

I just would like to thank Annabel for the refresher lessons I had. Since I haven't driven since the 80's I needed quite a bit of refreshing!

She is so patient and gave me to confidence to resume driving even though I was nervous. I've now got a car and been out driving this morning!

I would recommend Annabel to anyone who is thinking about resuming driving after a break. �

I can't recommend Annabel highly enough, I've just passed my test 1st time and when I joined Annabel's I was the most nervous, lacking in self confidence learner ever!!!
