I haven’t ever tried a different group so have nothing to compare this group to, but I can honestly say it’s an amazing group and I have been supported at every stage of my weight loss.....I even had an amazing Christmas without feeling guilty about food consumption!! If you seriously want to lose weight come and join us we’re a friendly (if a little mad) group!!!

I have been to slimming world group before but it is nothing like this one. Annabelle cares and guides you along through everything and is there for you all the time! She empowers you to enable you to stand on your own two feet but is there to support you along the way! Moving to her group is the best thing I have ever done. I look forward to loosing lots of weight and becoming a target member with her by my side :)

Every "diet" I have ever tried has ultimately failed and I needed a life changing way of eating in a supportive, but fun environment. Joining Annabel's Thursday evening group was the best decision I've ever made. From the warm, friendly first greeting, to all the lovely friends I have made along the way, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Yes, there's an element of applauding people who do well, but if I'm struggling, Annabel & everyone else is there for me as they are for all members....and having a really good laugh most weeks sets this group apart from many.
