I am a Reflexology therapist and Reiki master/teacher and I travel to provide treatment sessions in people’s own homes or clients come to me at The Nook, in Babbs Green, Herts. My aim is to promote the healing process of the person’s body, mind and thereby spirit. My clients usually soon find themselves relaxing deeply. This and my observations help to find the areas of the body, or emotions, which need attention. My intuition and listening to and calling on guides and ange...ls, lead me to use crystals with Reiki and also with Reflexology treatments where appropriate. From comments I had, treatment sessions have clients walking away like on clouds or such like. My continuously inquisitive nature leads me to study a diverse range but related subjects and authors. Paying close attention to feet, toes and other body areas can reveal a reading of the person’s character, ailments, emotions, which fundamentally mean ==a misalignment of some area of the body, and holistically of one or more chakras. Stimulating the reflex areas promote the healing process, as will the universal healing energy Reiki. However, this healing process goes hand in hand with addressing the particular issues in lifestyle, relationships, or emotional residues. Studying, reading and listening to the vast number of holistic authors and therapist I realised the close relation of all holistic modalities. In conjunction with conventional medicine, which mostly alleviates the symptoms of a person’s issues, I consider that holistic approaches aim to heal the core of the person, connecting to their spirit. Using the combination of the different appropriate healing methods to address the manifested symptoms, ultimately helps onto the path of healing and realigning. We are part of each other and everything in the universe. Working with inner tuition and spiritually, I find my holistic work merges with my work as an artist and musician. I love and I am grateful that I am able to contribute to the wellbeing of people.
