I am native to Co. Kerry Ireland and from a young age I have been passionate about understanding why people are the way they are. This passion to understand has directed me towards studying various healing systems; from indigenous Native American, Dagara, Energy medicine and Psychotherapy to name a few.
I work in private practice and am committed to providing Psychotherapy /Counselling and healing in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
I qualified with a Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy from the Irish Gestalt Centre in 2007. I trained as a Crystal Therapy practitioner from Crystal Dimensions Energy School Norwich in 2010. My approach is very grounded and warm and I work creatively. I endeavour to find the best way to meet and help the client. Sometimes this may include psychotherapy and sometimes it is a blend of psychotherapy and energy work (using crystals) I love my work and aim to provide a heartful non-judgemental space for clients.
