Our record label is focussed on offering creative and sympathetic recording opportunities for talented local artists. The main focus is on original music in the roots vein. We have a great in-house producer in Dawson Smith and can provide a wide range of talented musicians to session on artists' recordings. We also promote collaboration between writers /singers /musicians on new work.

And more good news. We're ready to dot the 'i's and cross the 't's with Grace and the Magic Roots debut album and get it released. There'll be a Leicester launch in early June - Grace is promising some paintings to exhibit too. Watch this space for more news later...
Pete Morton will be back in the studio this week for his second album with Annson Records. Dawson Smith and Kev Reverb at the helm again, as on the wonderful 'Economy' album which is on it's second pressing. Pete will at last be capturing some of his new 'frap' style songs which have been entertaining audiences all over Britain and in Europe and America. Exciting stuff!
NEWS: The first 20 people at The Musician, Leicester see Steve Parker tonight will receive a free sampler CD of three of Steve's new songs.
Steve has been working on a few new tracks for a sampler which we hope will be ready in time for the gig. Sounding good Steve.

What a fantastic turnout for the Geoff Bates memorial gig at the Musician last night, in aid of the Myeloma charity. A great tribute to a wonderful much- missed friend and musician. The room positively brimmed with happy memories and heart- felt warmth. It was exactly what Geoff would have wanted. Special love and thanks go out to Sue.
Good news. Steve Parker will be working on some preliminary recordings of his new songs next weekend, in time for his gig at the Musician on Jan 24th. Looking forward to a new album in the future Steve.

Hello there and a Happy New Year. We're aiming to get things rolling again here at Annson - took some time to record the wonderful Grace and th Magic Roots to get that special sound just right and now the final mix is awaiting the Ok and we can get on with release. Pete Morton is up next, a new album of originals is bubbling out of him - his new 'frap' songs that many of you have been hearing at his gigs and that inimitable Pete sound that we all love so well. So roll on 2013!
