Passing of Sahibzada Mian Muhammad Iqbal (RA)
As many of you are aware, my beloved nana Abu (mother’s father) recently passed away and left this temporary Dunya. Subhan’Allah, They left this world in Ramadhan Kareem and on Laylatul Qadr night. The Qur'an says that this night is better than a thousand months (97:3)
Here is a little about our beloved nana Abu’s funeral and our great ancestry.
... My beloved nana abu was a truly blessed individual and considered a Wali of Allah by most, if not all who came across them!
They lived a really blessed life Alhamdulillah, one of their many greatnesses is he was a very patient and silent man. He only spoke good or otherwise remained silent, in Allahs remembrance. Alhamdulillah they were never on any regular medication, never regularly used any aids such as glasses, walking stick, etc., they did not suffer from any illnesses, and nor were subject to being dependent on anyone at any point in their lifetime.
They were also lucky enough to have all their children as well as all of their grandsons present at their janaza both here in the UK and in Kharri Sharif Pakistan for their burial. Their janaza prayer in Pakistan was led by one of their grandsons, and the carrying of their body and burial was made by all of their grandsons.
They are now resting amongst pious ancestors in the sacred place of Kharri Sharif, Azad Kashmir. Alhumdilliah my Nana Abu Sahibazada Mian Muhammad Iqbal (RA) was a descendant of Rumi E Kashmir Hadrath Mian Muhammad Baqsh (RA)
Moreover, my Nana Abu was the dear son of Sajjada Nasheen of Darbar Aliya Kharri Sharif - Hadrath Mian Ghulam Ali (RA)
Alhumdilliah I am privileged and honored to belong to this pious ancestry of Rumi E Kashmir Hadrath Mian Muhammad Baqsh RA both through paternal and maternal line of descent.
As aforementioned my blood lineage to this great family is both through maternal and paternal. My fathers Naba Abu were Sajjada Nasheen of Darbar Aliya Khari Sharif namely Hadrath Mian Ghulam Ali RA. They were considered a great saint of Khari Sharif and Kashmir.
Please remember them in your duas.
