From Anorak Vaults, introducing ‘Playhouse Annual 1972’. Favourite is Dozey Dormouse, who always falls asleep on the job. It was inspired by dormice, a type of rodents who hibernate for 6 months of the year.

Calling all illustrators: we know things are uncertain at the moment and all we can do is support each other as best as we can. So, from next week, we will launch a private Anorak Slack channel, where every day from 4pm to 6pm GMT, we can chat about our day, our fears, share happy thoughts and books we love.
