We are Psychologists interested in supporting professionals and South Asian mothers. We offer specialist training, supervision and consulting on South Asian Maternal mental health. Get in touch if you would like us to help you develop culturally sensitive practices and provide tools to help your service and employees grow. South Asian mothers need to be heard and we are providing a platform that is nurturing and supportive, for South Asian mothers to share their experiences in a creative way. We have created creative writing workshops and will be publishing an anthology dedicated to South Asian mothers and their maternal mental health experiences - releasing in May 2022.
