... Another great success was that we challenged Home Office decision to reject our Moroccan client’s application for EEA family permit.
On our threat to take the matter to the High Court for a Judicial Review Home Office accepted they made a mistake and reinstated our clients application. Client had been unsuccessful 2 times with other firms of solicitors and was disappointed with Home Office constant rejections. Another happy couple.

The EEA includes the EU countries and also Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. You may be able to stay in the UK without applying - for example, if you’re an Irish citizen or have indefinite leave to remain.
When you can apply The EU Settlement Scheme will open fully by 30 March 2019. You may be able to apply now if you meet the criteria.
The deadline for applying will be 30 June 2021.
Which status you get may depend on when you apply.
If the UK leaves the EU without a deal You will need to be living in the UK by 12 April 2019 to apply. The deadline for applying will be 31 December 2020.
