Karate awards & disco evening this Saturday 3rd December.....only got 4 tickets left. Should be a great nite, bring ur own food & bin liners for tidying up after. This Sunday Shindo kai National karate championships Barnsley Sports Academy Honeywell Campus Honeywell Lane Barnsley... S75 1BP
Setting the hall up at 1 pm this Saturday if anyone can lend a hand.
Door open at 8.30am and not before. Awards 9.15 am Team kata 9.30 am, followed by pairs kata, individual Kata, Individual Kumite & Team Kumite.
The photo company will be there taking pictures, an officials picture will be taken at 9.00 am, so all officials suited and booted and in the sports hall for 9.00 am please.
Spectators fee are £5 , 16 and above £3 , 15 and below and OAP, under 5's free
Kata students must have an in Date shindo kai licence, red and Blue Belts. Kumite students the same as above plus Gum shield and any pair of hand mits.
ALL competitors must show you in date license to the door staff, if out of date or forgotten you need to find your club coach and sort a new one out on the day.
Attached is the running order and areas for the competitors, things may change on the day but it gives everyone a rough idea on how many competitors who have in your sections.
Listed below are the Squad winners for 2016, again be there for 9.15 am to collect your award or Elite squad badge. ( Note not every compo you attend gets squad points, just the squad competition events)
