This new system allows operators to use a headset and a web browser to make and receive calls. At Antheus Telecom, our new system offers contact centres an average uptime of 99. 99% , through a fully scalable solution, backed by many years of experience. The new system is 100% Linux based (except agent PC) and uses the latest generation HP servers, which require a reduced level of power from their servers.
