Josh helped us buy our first home, and he made the whole process really great. I did not know what the process would entail, what we had to do etc, and every time I called Josh (which was often!) he would be nothing but friendly, kind, clear, and open about what I needed to do, or what was being done. He was so calming, and that was what I needed in a stressful time - buying a home is stressful! He even bought us a bottle of prosecco when he gave me the keys. I think Josh is a credit to Anthony Davies - Me and my Partner think you are great to work with and when we sell (not too soon!) we will be coming to you! I let a flat through Anthony Davies for 9 years and in all that time the flat was only empty for 3 or 4 weeks.



I always dealt with the same people there, and the service always felt very personal and friendly. TheyвАЩre still very helpful now, even though I no longer let my flat (I needed an EPC certificate theyвАЩd prepared a few years ago and they sent it to me straight away).



As far as I can tell theyвАЩre also fair on tenants, as none of mine ever lost any of their deposits.



I would highly recommend.
