Anthony Davis Therapy

Anthony (MBACP) is an experienced, open-minded, approachable, flexible and compassionate counsellor and psychotherapist. He is based in Central London.

As individuals, I believe we have different needs when looking for therapeutic support. I strongly believe that therapy can provide beneficial improvements in mental well-being and the decision making that is right for us.

I have over 10 years experience working as a counselor and psychotherapist with individuals of various age groups and diverse backgrounds. Practicing in both the United States and the United Kingdom, I have worked with clients exhibiting a range of difficulties that impact their lives and cause them emotional and psychological distress. I have worked in both the local authority and the NHS as a social care manager, counselor and therapist in a GP surgery.

I offer my clients a confidential space where we can explore together difficulties you may experience. I am happy to be contacted to arrange an initial session to discuss what you want to achieve from working together.
