The support from Anthony when my partner and I were trying to buy our first property was absolutely excellent. With so much stress from estate agents and solicitors, Anthony made the process seamless and was always ready on the end of the phone to offer advice and chase up when needed. When our first property fell through just prior to exchange, Anthony got straight back to it and helped us secure our perfect house through all the disappointment. Process made easy. Incredibly friendly and efficient and would highly recommend!

I just wanted to take a minute to share my recent experience with Anthony… it’s been an extremely long journey for myself..!

First off every time I called different agencies to enquirer about a house I was asked to speak to the estate agents mortgage advisor but no one’s service that I came across was quite like Anthony’s! he is very relaxed, reassuring and extremely helpful! Being a first time buyer can make you nervous and anxious but Anthony’s calmness helped me stay calm, as I was a first time buyer I had faced many challenges and though out the whole process Anthony was there, encouraging and advising me, I called him many times!! But I never felt like I was bothering him, his patience and natural relationship skills made me feel like I could contact him if I ever have a question about anything!

The process wasn’t your normal process I got declined for my mortgage for in correct information on my credit file and through the whole process of me getting this corrected Anthony was there advising me.. months later went by and my file was now corrected and I finally found a house and Anthony was the first person I knew I would call! I chose Haart agents through the service Anthony provided, he is definitely an asset to your team!

Normally making payments when buying a house can be stressful but I was actually happy to pay this fee! Because from begging to end Anthony provided a five star service! Even if I was offered a cheaper rate by another provider I would not of changed that is a true definition of how valuable his service was to me and the integrity I held towards him! I would recommend Anthony in a heartbeat! Thank you Anthony! You are truly appreciated!...x
