I was in the shop just after Christmas and I was so impressed by how Luke interacted with the customers. He even told one lady that if it did not work where she planned to put an item, to just bring it back and he would give her her money back. Well, that impressed me no end because that really is customer service. Not many firms would do that these days. All of his customers left feeling more than happy and his prices, I thought, were excellent.

I could spend hours in here, full of absolute gems and one of the best collections derbys own royal crown table and giftware. I come here for firsts and seconds and advice on design. Quality shop and very knowledgeable owner.
