European Hornet found in Methley. Pretty unusual up here! More common over the Channel, then in the South of England and slowly making their way to ‘gods own’. More than double the size of a wasp and pretty intimidating. However... they are pretty docile and won’t sting for fun like the wasp! 😬

Seasons changing, weather warming, wasps starting and rodents entering homes reducing... Cockroaches however, are a constant 🧐😎🌞

Bed bugs! Nothing like many people believe... Definitely not microscopic.
This was a really bad infestation, by the time I got to taking the pic they’d tried hiding out in the bed frame. Except this little tinker. 🙄
