These guys took time and effort to ensure I ended up with the ski boot I needed. Great service from Chris. I tried over 8 different boots in what was a three hour session. I really do recommend 'Anything Technical' thank you guys.

The service an experience at anything technical was fantastic, we were getting my wife ski boots and had them fully fitted. the staff were knowledgeable and very tolerant of her trying to explain how the boots felt and what needed adjusting. even though there were a few people coming through it was never rushed and they took there time going through a few iterations of moulding and packing getting it just right/just how we wanted it. best experience of having boots fitted and very happy with the boots. so happy I then got them to remould and do custom foot beds for my snow board boots which has given them a new lease of life and now fit better than ever.

Thank you for sorting my ski boots out that were mis-sold from some uncaring cowboy in The Alps. If only I'd had that level of service and expertise from them initially. Or I'd come to you in the first place!

Just got home having spent a few hours purchasing ski boots....... Thank you is not enough as I had given up on the idea of joining my family & friends on the slopes.... Wide feet & wide calves, have super comfy boots topped off with a custom insole. Service was superb despite it being really busy. Product & technical knowledge was excellent. All helped along with a mug of tea. Cannot recommend a visit here highly enough.

I recently undertook a 500 mile round trip to see Callum at Anything Technical for some highly technical ski boot fitting for my problem feet. Three hours later I left a happy man. Callum's knowledge and passion for the science of boot fitting are second to none. Highly recommended!

Had my first pair of touring boots fitted yesterday. Excellent service, expert advice and appreciated the coffee too!

Worth travelling to the experts rather than just going to the national chains.

Great service from Anything Technical. Went along expecting replacement footbeds for ski boots, probably new liners too and prepared to buy new boots if necessary. After slight adjustment of one footbed, reheating liners and a cup of coffee I left having been charged just £35 for expert advice and service.

Skiing today and boots more comfortable than when new and that is after 20+ weeks skiing in them.

Well worth a trip to Kendal wherever you are.

Customer service at Anything Technical Ltd (AT) is the best I've experienced in the realm of outdoor gear. I recently purchased impossible to find heel and toe pieces for my old Salomon Impact 10s. Since I'm in Taos, NM, I did so on line with AT, and I chose what I thought were the right ones - but I erred. I contacted AT via email, and within minutes Andy Taylor (hey, "AT!") emailed me, instructed me to send photos of my boots. He found the right ones right away. But, here's where they surpass others: He told me to just keep the items I had already received and he sent the correct pieces at no charge, saving me the hassle and cost of shipping the other items back to the UK. I've received the correct pieces, worked perfectly! Hats of to Andy and the rest of AT-UK. The best in customer service!

Coffee?? Mmm I never got offered a coffee, but top class service, made the insoles I got off the NHS like something from the Dark Ages. I think it was Callum who served me.

Came all the way over from NI for boot fitting and my first pin bindings mounted...along way to travel? It was worth every mile as Callum did a great job on my boots and was not precious with his ski equipment knowledge...looking forward to the season!

Called in yesterday - not for ski wear but for insoles as suffering with plantar fasciitis and was recommended to go.

Great great service - explained - listened - and took so much time to ensure insoles were fitted and comfortable ..

anyone who suffers from this condition knows the pain and discomfort - fitted them into shoes I was wearing and the relief from stabbing pain is fantastic.

I went for the slightly dearer insoles but honestly - it's worth it.

By far and away the best ski shop I've ever been to. I had ski boots that were too tight and causing me cold feet. When I was there I had the most comfortable customised foot insole made and my inner boot made slightly bigger, then I bought some heated power socks. But they also do a wafer thin heated insole if preferred. Excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble. I travelled all the way from Newcastle to get things right!
