We also have pin loaded resistance kit - a machine for every major muscle group in the body. Again top of the line - these machines have built in rep counters, rest timers and a QR code which members can scan for a virtual guide to using the machine. A comprehensive free weights area with large power racks with integrated lifting platforms is designed to ensure you can always be sure to have as complex a work out as you would like! The gym also features private bathrooms with digi-code lockers (no more padlocks! ). Membership gives you 24 /7 access to every Anytime Fitness on earth!
