As a Skills For Care Centre Of Excellence, we deliver on site, online and remote QCF, RQF & NVQ training courses to NHS and private health and socialA1 Social Care Training was founded by Sharon Lee who previously worked as a Registered Nurse and has a wealth of experience in teaching. Sharon was passionate about raising the standards in Health & Social Care and wanted to blend her personal experience and skills to create a platform which supported Service Providers to achieve their potential. A1 Social Care Training Ltd employ full time staff, rather than zero hour or self employed trainers. We understand how hard Service Providers work to deliver continuity of Care to their customers and therefore we feel it's only right we can offer the same continuity of service in our training delivery, which means one of our full time trainers will be dedicated to your service at all times and become a extended part of your team. Our trainers all hold teaching qualifications as you'd expect, but they also have a wealth of experience working on the front line, delivering care provision and managing teams. We offer a wide range of training and consultancy services including delivering all mandatory training, train the trainer courses, leadership training, care certificate training, Pre-Inspection services, Post Inspection Action planning, Medication audits, support with recruitment and many other bespoke consultancy services based on the needs of our clients.
