Apartment 4, Custom House is a two bedroom, first floor apartment within a Grade II listed building in central St Ives. The apartment is bright and airy and with three large windows to the front of the building, the apartment benefits from a lot of natural light. It is just metres away from the beaches and the harbour and a short stroll away from the town.

The apartment sleeps 4 people and benefits from modern facilities including wifi, well equipped kitchen and contemporary furniture. There is central heating throughout the apartment which makes it very comfortable all year round.

The open plan lounge /kitchen has comfortable seating for four, TV /DVD player and a large selection of DVDs, books and games. Hidden away in the lovely window seats is a selection of beach gear that can be used for guests.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven /hob, fridge, microwave in addition to the basic kitchen necessities.

The bathroom is fully fitted with walk in shower, low level suite and wash hand basin. In the bathroom there is a washer /dryer which is housed in the airing cupboard.

The master bedroom, at the rear, is complete with a double bed, wardrobe, matching chest of drawers and bedside tables, and individual reading lights. The second bedroom, to the front of the building, has full size bunk beds, a large wardrobe with plenty of storage.
