A. P. Cottle & Son Ltd is a small family run local Building and Maintenance business that has been established for over 20 years.

We first opened for business in 1989, and have been serving Bude, and the surrounding area, ever since.

We offer a full range of services, ranging from small local projects to major new build grand design projects, and everything in between. We have a range of Tradesmen working for us offering us a wide range of skills such as; Masons, Carpenters, Roofers, Decorators, Plumbers, Electricians, Machinery Drivers and Laborers.

We can offer a full range of highly skilled Tradesmen, working 6 days a week. We are currently located in the small village of Kilkhampton, to the North of Bude, Cornwall. We currently run the business from our office, and have a secretary working in there 3-4 days a week, answering phone calls and sending out information to our customers.

The manager and owner of the business Paul Cottle, balances his work between the on the site work, helping out the staff and site managers, to the office, helping the secretary to ensure that everything is up to date and that everything is sent out on time.
