My name is Ryan Tychowski and I am the owner of Apex Fitness and Nutrition. I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years and recently completed a masters degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Oxford Brookes University. Nutrition is a huge component of physical fitness and understanding when and what to eat is fundamental to making improvements. My masters degree sets me apart from other fitness professionals as I I am now in an elite group of practitioners in this country who have studied nutrition to a high level.
