As a very keen Triathlete I had the pleasure of first meeting Troy after dislocating my elbow before the start of a Triathlon Race in May 2009! Not only was she was very sympathetic and understanding of my frustrations, she encouraged me to be patient and to understand that I would return to racing provided I did as she told me!! By August I was back in the pool and Open Water, with full strength and mobility resumed.
In May 2010 I underwent an Arthroscopy as the result of a knee "issue" and, again, Troy has come to my aid with reassuring me that I will be able to run again provided I am patient and don't rush back into high-impact sports. Being an aged Athlete, I am being a good girl and listening to her wise words of wisdom, and I know that her genuine concern for my future welfare will get me back running very shortly. I must be one of the most difficult patients as I am not used to being inactive for running, but Troy has encouraged and helped me to realise that it's only a minor setback, and I will be "flying" the G.B. flag once more.
Troy has a lovely sense of humour and I respect her professionalism and advice, and we always enjoy a good banter during treatments.
I wonder what injury I may incur in 2011??!!

I have been having physio treatment with Troy on and off for over a year now due to a knee injury from running. Six weeks ago I had a very successful arthroscopy (surgeon recommended by Troy) and am now having follow-up physiotherapy on an ongoing basis. The service, patience and kindness I have experienced is second to none and I would absolutely recommend Apex to anyone and everyone. I am thrilled with the way Troy has helped me on the road to recovery. Many, many thanks to all at Apex.

Apex Physiotherapy is simply the best physiotherapy practice ever! I have been treated on numerous occasions over the past few years for various running injuries. Each time, without exception, they provided expert diagnosis, professional treatment and sound advice. As well as being extremely kind and accommodating, they always go beyond the call of duty! The practice is easy to access, the staff extremely friendly and the level of care and professionalism simply outstanding. If you are reading this review, and you are looking for a super-fantastic and excellent Physiotherapy practice, there is only one thing left to do.... CALL THEM NOW!!!

I am a runner and had terrible problems with my IT Band. I couldnt even run 5 miles. Apex Physiotherapy was recommended to me by a friend. Claire was extremely professional and knowledgable and Apex were always extremely accommodating with appointment times. Claire taught me exercises to remedy the situation an I have just successfully completed the London Marathon. A feat which I am sure was only possible due to her skills and encouragement.
