Went to see Paul today. After a few months of following my GP'S advice and getting nowhere I thought why the hell not? Very friendly,professional and confident which reassured me he knew what he was talking about. Quickly diagnosed me with something my GP hadn't even mentioned or considered and has set me on a recovery programme. I'm very optimistic and have full faith in his advice. He took the time to explain it to me in simple terms (without those fancy medical words�) which has given me a greater understanding of the problem and the solution. Would highly recommend Apex Physiotherapy.

Visited Apex last night and saw Paul about a problem with my shoulder. Although it was grueling, my shoulder already feels 100x better already. Aftercare advise was given and is proving to be very effective.

I would highly recommend Paul for his excellent service last night.

This place should be be renamed the Carlsberg Physiotherapy Centre. Paul Edney is the best physio that I've ever had. Awesome place, great service and great results. If there's nothing wrong with me I injure myself on purpose !!

I strained my calf muscle randomly but luckily Paul was able to fit me in quickly! My leg looked worse for wear after my session but felt so much better straight away so I would definitely recommend!

I spend time in the gym and with that occasionally comes the need to have any issues dealt with . I've seen a handful of different physios over the last 10 years , some your 45 minute appointment only actually involves 15 hands on treatment , rest left and plugged into machines and told to book in again for the following week.

Paul's totally hands on approach for me is what works best for me ,through his training and experience feeling the affected issue he's been able to help my varying issues in one session. Paul's reluctant to have you coming back week in week out , solve the issue as effectively as he can and gain your trust and loyalty through great physio and honest practitionjng.

I accompanied my brother here today, the man we saw was lovely and put us at ease straight away. He went in with unbearable neck pain, barely able to stand and left standing up straight. Great service and very helpful aftercare advice. Would recommend.

Having a reoccurring issue with my ankle and been to here twice, both times was provided with great service, professional knowledge and a good chat, highly recommend

Had 2 appointments.. one was for an unexpected back problem and the other for my hamstring which has been playing up since the summer. Both problems were sorted in both appointments. Paul was very good at what he does!

First time there today and saw Paul. Great advice, honest too. Went in with a muscular football related injury, feel better already. Paul also gave me some sound advice for future injury prevention. Definitely recommend. 100%
