Stayed in the Rose Cabin. It's 0.5 miles away from the hotel and nicely secluded. You are next to the road and a house but has a lot of cover from the trees growing around it.

Every room was spotlessly clean and I couldn't find a thing wrong with it. The heated floor in the bathroom and the heated lounge chairs in the relaxation room where amazing. Both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs where clean and big enough for two with space left over.

The TV stations are very limited but to be honest I only put them on the check the availability. As far as I could tell there was no WiFi which was my only problem as I wanted access to music.

The cabin really does lock in the heat so we only tried the fire for a short period and then had to open windows and doors because it does get really warm.

This is perfect for a romantic stay and yes it is on the expensive side but in my opinion it is worth it.

The staff that we interacted with where amazing and very helpful. At breakfast you can clearly see that they all pull together to help one another which might make it harder to get hold of the desk but at least that meant that the service was quick for your food.

Upon arrival we had our spa treatment (£155) the therapists were lovely and the facilities were good however, the massage was very weak when we requested aromatherapy massage (deep tissue) it was very weak...

After this we waited unil 15:20 until our room was ready.. 20 minutes late!

I enquired about late checkout, I was advised that because we were in a suite it was not possible, despite the check in being late and paying the best part of £700 for a 2 night stay!

We were offered no help with our luggage.

When we arrived at the suite the lock on the door was broken, my partner had to spend 20 minutes attempting to fix it.

We could not ring reception or anyone from our phone it just rang out continuously then went to voicemail, I had to use my mobile phone on at least 5 occasions to contact reception.

Instructions for the sound system were unclear, again resulting in another phone call to reception to locate the speaker (need more clear instructions for each room rather that a blanket instruction that does not suit all rooms.)

No ice in the rooms, the milk was out of date and we were given no extra milk for the second day when the maid came. (We were out)

We watched a film on the second night, throughout this the television was making constant electrical fault noises, half way through the television just suddenly turned off....

Got woken up on the first morning Ridiculously early as we could hear the people above us stomping around. In addition to this when trying to watch a film we could hear the neighbours music blasting constantly and lots of thumping around. Need soundproofing!!

The room was unbearably warm, no air con facilities which were certainly needed!

The hot & cold tap in the bathroom is plummbed in back to front also - you may want to have a look at this! Also dirty hot tub there was scum in the corners.

Although the dinner was complimentary you can easily tell this was packet made food & the wine was poor.

After paying the best part of £700 for a 2 night stay, to say I am disappointed is an understatement.

All staff were friendly and helpful however the facility's need to be better when asking for such a large sum of money!

Complained via email but no response just keep getting fobbed off saying someone will be in touch! not heard anything back at all.

I I am very disappointed in this day I had at Aphrodite as the hot tub was freezing cold there was no heating on the heating was faulty I've paid for two nights stay was nearly £500 they had people in and out trying to fix the hot tub the thermostat but they still could not fix it I complained and Victoria she got me two nights free stay which I have never got I was booked in for the two nights and I phoned up the night before Because we were not well and the man at the desk said to us he will cancel off the computer so we still owe you two night stay every time I've been on the phone to get this I kept getting pawned off just spoke to Matthew the bosses son today and he says we are not willing to give you your two days stay which I am not happy about I will never go back to this place when you pay good money you expect to have a nice stay

Room very clean,, bathroom very clean.
Breakfast was fantastic it's not all you can eat though. The grounds of the hotel look amazing and beautiful. The main reception area is very well presented with little details here and there.
