Apnee Sehat CIC delivers culturally sensitive diabetes care to the South Asian community (note: ‘Apnee Sehat' translates to ‘Our Health' in several South Asian languages). Through community-based specialist clinics, education and consultancy, we aim to improve the health outcomes of the 350, 000 South Asians with poorly-managed diabetes. Designed by leading clinicians and academics in diabetes care, our innovative services have been independently evaluated and are proven to deliver cost savings and improved outcomes to the community.
