Our care staff are hired directly by us, this enables us to offer continuity and suitability to match each services user’s personality and care needs. We guarantee our care staff will provide excellent standards of care, arrive on time, and follow an individual care plan that will be regularly reviewed to provide the best ongoing support to suit the service user.

Personal Care:
Whether due to illness, age or a disability we understand that basic personal care tasks can be difficult.

Companionship Services:
For many of our service users we have found they don’t necessarily need home care, just would sometimes like a companion, someone to have a cup of tea and a chat with or to support them during various activities.

Home Help Services:
Our home care attendants allow service users to remain in the comfort of their own home; much of our work involves providing extra care and assistance. Primarily our services involve the day-to-day care of the elderly, however we also provide a range of services which include

Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
