Everyone has been asking what blend of coffee we will be using at @originsat27. We can reveal that our blend is by @untoldcoffee who are a local roaster who are passionate about supporting small farming co-operatives. It's sourced from farms in Costa Rica, Honduras and Kenya, with flavour notes of Cocoa, Berry Muesli & Brown Sugar 🤤. . Join us for another sampling in store this Saturday between 11am-3pm before our official opening day on Monday! ☕

Thank you so much to everyone that came down to sample our new menu and coffee today! We enjoyed some beautiful coffee by @untoldcoffee, as well as some vegan cheese and broccoli tarts, black bean brownies and vegan lemon cheesecake. Join us again tomorrow between 11am-3pm for round 2!

People always ask me "if you could take just one supplement, what would it be?". I eat a mainly plant based diet, but the one thing I insist on supplementing is a fish oil. The oil ratio found in fish is exactly what we need, whereas the omegas found in vegan sources can be harder for our body to process in to a form where it can be used effectively.
