Norfolk Dumpling (Sleeps up to 2 persons) If you need a well-appointed one bedroom rural retreat deep in the heart of the countryside, Norfolk Dumpling is for you! The accommodation is light, bright and all on one level and with a wet-room making it ideal for the ease of mobility. There is a well equipped kitchen within the open plan living/dining room. At the fro...nt of the property is an outside courtyard area to sit back, relax and recharge you batteries.
There is a wheelchair ramp available upon request.
We are a small livestock farm located on the edge of Horningtoft, a village five miles south of the bustling market town of Fakenham.
If you are looking for old England then look no further we are surrounded by unspoilt countryside and it is an ideal base from which to explore the wealth of attractions that our beautiful Norfolk holds - you can enjoy the many countryside walks, a day out at Fakenham race course, the local markets of Fakenham and Dereham, wide open beaches and sand dunes of Holkham and Brancaster and the bustling quay side of Wells-next-the-Sea, which is a perfect location for crabbing and are all only a short drive away. A little further afield is the ancient port of Kings Lynn or in the opposite direction the Norfolk Broads and the cathedral city of Norwich, where you will find theatres, museums, restaurants and shops to suit all tastes.
Rates: Prices range from £345pw.
There is a hire charge of £5 per person for towels or you can bring your own.
Pets: We charge £20 per well behaved dog by arrangement.

We would like to thank everyone for their kindness on the passing of Dave the Cockerel

We are sad to say our handsome Dave passed away in our arms today.
He was a magnificent presence and a big part of our lives. Dave loved people coming to see him and he warmed the hearts of many visitors to the farm. Dave was the most charismatic character you could ever wish to meet and will leave a huge void here.... His bloodline carrries on but there will never be another Dave...... he was one of a kind!!!!! Rest in peace Diddy Dave - you were the best.
