Apple Jacks Adventure Farm

Took our 7 year old grandson today.
What can I say ! Dreadful a total mud bath. Not even third rate.
I cannot say just how pathetic the whole experience was.
2 adults 1 child £33 to go on a few swings. RIp off

My Son (age 8) went with his Nana and six other children.
They had a fantastic day!
Kids Don't fuss over wether activities are shinny new or used
as long as they can have fun (and they all did)
when I asked them if they would go again every one said yes please.

All morning I tried to call Apple Jacks
Both numbers on the Web site
Mobile couldn't leave a message box full
Didn't answer 14 calls
Tried land line and got this caller is not available
E mailed no response
What sort of business doesn't answer calls or e mails? Absolutely ridiculous
I will be contacting my card provider for a full refund tomorrow.
I wouldn't recommend a business you can't contact before you travel 60 miles

Also for the people who think you wont get a refund you will.Paypal will guarantee a refund and if you pay by credit card or debit you are protected.
Obviously there is Zero customer service as no one answers phones or e mails

Great day out for kids of all ages. Can spend most of the day here. Not too much you can do if weather is really bad as its outdoor and not much shelter. Price worth it. Food smelt great but was unaware they sold hot food so brought our own. Will be going back

Purchased a Groupon ticket so got a really good deal, I went with my two children 5 and 3! Arrived at 11 and left at 4:30 when closing and there's where still a couple of things we hadn't managed to do so there's lots to do, my kiddies loved it! We took a packed lunch an ate it in the enclosed area where there was entertained for the kids!! We are definitely going again so much fun and great value for money!! Still take a few pound as there's ice creams for the kids an you have to pay for go karts and this digger not sure if there was anything else 'as we didn't managed to get on everything' Also take old pound coins as the new ones don't fit the machines!! Other than that great day, loved it.

Arrived on Sunday 11th bright and early me my husband and 7 kids and wow from start to finish excellent family day put and amazing value for money. The staff ALL the staff are fantastic so helpful and really look after you making sure the kids have a great day. Dusty the best wow that job was made for you had us laughing none stop so funny. Brilliant dancer too ha. Apple jacks farm thank you to all the staff they all worked so hard and are doing a great job 10/10 for your staff. See you all soon.

The place itself is good but we purchaced a groupon in advance to be orgainised a save a few pounds. We went to the online bookings desk and watched as groups of people went through the cash payment queue of which was not manned and did not pay a penny. I felt it was not appropriate to challenge the 1 young girl at the time and emailed to be advised they have no cctv to check and would speak to staff. Like I say its a good place but feel robbed for being organised.

Re: The Spooky world experience at nightime. Absolutely disgusted! The staff were rude and ignorant, esp at the restaurant and so were the workers at the end of the night! They ignored people who were ill, and didn't back off when asked and told to. One person got hurt and yet they wouldn't phone an ambulance plus they have no First-Aider's and not much security or staff who can help you if needed. It's really disorganized. No CCTV cameras either. Anything can happen and they wouldn't know. Some staff broke their own rules by running around cars in the car park which is dangerous and not allowed! The attraction is too severe for anyone under aged 16. So many people saying they would never go again, and we wouldn't go again either. Plus the actors were talking amongst themselves instead of working, and were directly rude to somebody I was with too! Makes you wonder where did they drag their workers in from? It was a totally shocking experience, and not in a good halloween way but in a bad service way! 1/10

Wow I enjoyed it as much as my kids did. Arrive early to visit every bit of the farm. Had a good time and would visit again and again and again... You get it.

We came here on Friday, with children aged, 2,3,4,5,6,11 and four adults. The place was not that busy so we didn't have to wait long for things, but boy were the staff happy! Not! Walking round with there headphones in and playing on there phones. Wouldn't mind but they were suppose to be watching them! But other than that the place was OK, some things the little ones couldn't get on but I understand that's a safety thing. We would have been disappointed if we had paid full price, but we got a family ticket from wowcher for £24. So all in all cheap day out for £24 so can't really whinge.
