Apple Mac Repair Centre (Apple Qualified Technician)

for a couple months i searched around for a mac repair service for my VERY old macbook pro. i either got prices that were way too much, unfriendly initial conversations, or one place saying that the macbook was way too old and it was more cost effective to buy a refurbished one from them.

i found this place on google and with all the positive reviews i knew this place was going to be the right one. Sam knew straight away what was wrong with my macbook before even turning it on (from my description), upgraded my hard drive, installed new o/s, serviced it and fixed a problem he later found when working on it (and didnt add on to the original price quote) all for a fantastic price!

the macbook works better than ever and is like a new computer.

Sam fixed the increasingly frustrating slow running of my Mac - all with the minimum of fuss, and good value. Would definitely use him again!

I took my macbook pro in with a flickering screen. They were able to diagnose what was wrong on the spot, show me what was wrong with other parts he had available and fix (replace) it for the next day for at least £200 cheaper than apple.
The quality of the workmanship and customer service is excellent and i'm really happy with the whole experience.
