Apple Store in Liverpool have checked my faulty phone 3 times and have been aggressive and rude stating nothing wrong with it!! Went to the Trafford Centre Store and it was amazing service from All staff! They rapidly evidenced there was issues with the phone and resolved it within an hour!! Anyone in Liverpool please use this store!!!

I had a problem with my battery running down quickly, so it was diagnosed as consumed ! This was sorted very swiftly and efficiently and for a cost of £25 . Very impressed with the service well done Apple store!

Customer service was good; I was in about one hour; I was only supposed to be in for 15 minutes, did feel the service felt a little rushed; think us old people should have a little more time (just saying)

The store and NOT the brand. Potentially the worst Apple Store in the UK. Avoid at all costs. My experience of the apple brand has been somewhat destroyed. Without going into the details and boring everyone..I'd like to suggest to anyone reading this avoid dealing with Ian Mullins (Manager) in store. I have taken my complaint to Apple HQ. Would rate the store 0 stars if possible. You should be embarrassed in yourselves.

Silent switch in the side of my phone stopped working after 10 months. Took it in and they told me it’s not a repairable part it would need the whole phone replacing. But they wouldn’t do that even though it’s in warranty due to a small scratch as apparently for the warranty to be valid it would need to be in pristine cosmetic condition. This is seconds after the “genius” told me that that would not cause a functional problem to the phones buttons working. Spoke to another member of staff and they confirmed it’s Apple policy to void warranties because of it.

Ordered a new battery to the store. Called the number and left two voicemails. No call back or reply to confirm the appointment and no other way to call the store directly. Shocking service

My son dropped his Apple Watch while sitting on the sofa and the screen smashed to tiny pieces. The watches are really not as durable as you'd like to think. We booked an appointment in the apple shop as the telephone advisor told me they have more "flexibility" in store regarding replacement options. They do not. I have a wasted 20 mile trip. The only remedy was to have replaced at a cost of just under £200 �. When the advisor told us this she said we could go away and think about it and come back. We did, my son so wanted it back he agreed to use his birthday money. We went back in to proceed but were told we needed another appointment! Was not happy as I'd been told to just go back in, but was told I could proceed with the replacement over the phone it wouldn't cost any more. It did, it cost an additional £7, which I know is a small amount given the costs but as a matter of principle I take exception given the run around I'd been given. Despite my complaint I got no feedback, the attitude is basically 'tough' to everything.

We too have a household full of apple products and have had no problems until the last month when we had this issue with the watch and a major issue with a brand new iPad - terrible inconsistent contradictory advise on both issues very unhappy with the service

My phone supposedly had a 'logical problem' and was beyond repair. They were more than happy to try and set me up on a £38pcm contract or a £350 replacement. Walked into a local repair shop who had it up and running in less than 2 minutes after clearing out the dirt from the charging port. The local repair shop have just saved me a fortune. Get a second opinion before writing your device off.

I took my phone into apple about 2 months ago they told me it was dead and I had to pay £395 for a new handset because I’m out of warranty by one month � threw it in draw when I got home. I took it to a tiny shop yesterday and he had it fixed within a day for £50 told me it needed restore and node absolute joke these massive company’s taking us for fools

I have lots of Apple Products from nano's, touch,Ipads, iPhones, MacBook Pro, Air, iWatch - so I guess I have supported this fledgling business. I went in to the store earlier this evening having bought my wife a full spec'd Iwatch3 earlier this afternoon and thought I might get one. There were lots of iWatches out on display. Other people were looking at them. One of your ignorant sales people - took the one that I was looking at straight out of my hand and said I couldn't look at it - other people were laughing at me - Do you know how this made me feel? Completely unacceptable and I had to leave the shop. I will never go in this shop again. I couldn't give you Zero Stars

I have been to Apple Store Manchester Trafford Centre today because I have a problem in my iPhone I went to my appointment because my phone been overheat many time I have done everything to solve my problem without I go in store when I went to the store the technical advisor came to see me he don’t bother to help me and the manager very bad reputation about AppleCare I show them pictures of evidence my phone Over heat the refuse to help me or listen to me either I’ve been Apple customer over nine years and all my kids using iPad today after what I got from Apple I will destroy all Apple equipment I have in my home I never use Apple anymore because of the service with My Case case ID: 100509222219

Has taken me an age to click the 1* owing to how rubbish my touch screen is. Twice this store have ‘fixed the issue’ and now having to return it a third time. Store couldn’t care less. Very disappointing service and seemingly not a clue what they are doing.

Had an Apple iPad for 8 months £360 for less than a year, claiming there is a crack on the camera lense ( bullshit) so they won’t fix it.. it won’t charge at all.... utter crap.. wanted £219 to fix it... no thanks. Plenty of other cheaper brands than Apple. Won’t be buying anything else from them .. didn’t want to help in the shop..

Had THE worst experience today with Apple I’ve ever had in all the years of owning Apple products. The sales team in store give out wrong information which unfortunately led me to making a wrong decision �. If only they had given me the correct information initially my stress level wouldn’t be going through the roof !!!!. Went back in again today spoke to someone different who said they could help and was asked to wait 3 hours to be then told again they can’t help. Perhaps the staff need training in doing their jobs ���� perhaps google phone is the way forward

From having the best experience in Liverpool by the apple team when I purchased an I watch on Sunday to the worst customer service from this store tonight. The manager was rude and sarcastic as I walked away from the conversation and I am so disappointed with the outcome after being told by apple I could exchange an item if I returned it with the box the apple store. Company policy so inconsistent and manager so rude. Disappointing from what has always been a fantastic experience with this company.

Came to the store today, and was faced with not 1 but TWO rude managers JAMES & ROXANNE, who know nothing about consumer rights, or at the very least how to give appropriate customer service! I mean as a manager, who walks away from a customer?? I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t abusive, I was simply trying to put across my issue that they refused to agree with - seems ego got the better of them.



This store just under a month ago couldn’t have done more when taking my money, yet now, couldn’t give two craps about a problem I’m having. Seems I’m not the only one that’s been faced with inconsistent managers who don’t seem to have a clue about how to provide good and CORRECT customer service. Shame on you
