Week 1 Progress Update at our Stanhope Project - Carpentry, Electric and Plumbing first fix going in nicely.

Dormas are a great way to create larger spaces out of attics. This is a recent dorma going into one of our projects where we have converted the attic and opened it right up with this dorma to allow us to put a bathroom and bedroom in. Slightly disconcerting with no roof on!

We usually let the builders get on with their job but need must yesterday as one of our directors had to jump in and help out to keep on schedule!

As well as undertaking new projects, it’s also vital to be constantly updating and improving our previous developments we have retained and rented out in order to ensure we have the highest quality properties which one, attracts the best tenants and two, keeps our ongoing Maintenace costs down.
We aim to update our retained properties every 12 months so it was time we replaced the existing windows with new UVPC ones in this property.
