Appleton Christmas Barn is a family owned farm business selling fresh Christmas trees and seasonal decorations for the tree and home.
Appleton Christmas Barn Description
We have been selling trees for over 50 years, and for many families, a visit to Appleton to choose their tree from us has become a Christmas tradition.
This is the sixth season for our ever expanding decorations shop, offering a wide range of festive products for the Christmas tree and your home.
Meet our Reindeer!
Come and see our three reindeer boys. They are just 2 and a half years old now, and are developing into great characters. There’s Tiny Tim who’s the littlest and the cutest, Piggy who loves his grub and Brutus who’s the big man of the bunch. They are very curious and love to poke their noses into things so why not come along with the kids and even have a go at hand feeding them moss for a magical Christmas moment!
Come and shop for new items to freshen up your existing collection or go for a whole new look. For 2013 we've expanded our range of stock yet again to include delicious chocolates, scented candles, heavenly bath products, craft kits and much more; plus we have the usual great variety of festive products sourced from British and European suppliers.
Lights: Long-lasting LED lights, both outdoor and indoor, in a good selection of colours and lengths. Great for small trees right up to really big ones!
Tree decorations: Baubles, garlands, ribbons, tinsel and more, everything you need to decorate the perfect tree.
The Christmas table: Cloths, runners, napkins, place card holders, crackers. . . all available here to ensure you have the most festive Christmas day.
House decorations: Fresh and dried wreaths, garlands, candles, lights, whatever you need to beautifully decorate your home this festive season.
Christmas essentials: Wrap, cards, stockings, stocking fillers, holly and mistletoe and much more… come on in and have a look!

Tree Barn
Opens Friday 29th November
Our trees are sourced from a local Oxfordshire grower. They are cut just days before they arrive with us ensuring that they are fresh and long lasting.
We stock five varieties of tree in sizes from 4 to 10 ft, and potted trees from 60 /80 cm to 150 /175 cm.
Non-drop varieties available from Friday 29th November
Spruce varieties available from Friday 6th December
Tree stands – a really comprehensive selection with a wide style and price range to suit any tree on any budget.
We've increased our tree numbers by 25% this year, but please, come as early as you can to avoid disappointment.

We are open today. The roads around are snowy but not icy. We’re running up and down with a tractor and there is a decent track down to the tarmac now. Wear wellies if you come.

We love the barn, there are so many lovely decorations in there and they and the trees are very reasonable. There's also reindeer there which the children love. The staff are always so polite and friendly, it's a pleasure going there.
The selection of Christmas Trees is great plus really helpful lads to help you pick your tree and then take it to the car for you! Great service and the barn is really lovely with all the decorations for sale 👍🏻
